Piano Lessons
Available Monday - Saturday
Comprehensive Piano Study: A balanced program of repertoire and technique along with theory, sight reading, keyboard history, ear training, improvisation, and performance in a private lesson setting. Lessons can be personalized to reflect a student's interest in classical, jazz, or pop piano. Lessons are taught on well maintained, regularly tuned Yamaha studio pianos.
Guitar, Ukulele, Bass Lessons
Available Monday - Saturday
Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Electric Bass and Ukulele Instruction: Students progress through method courses to develop the necessary fundamentals for advanced guitar or bass study. Note reading, technique, improvisational skills, music theory, and ear training are emphasized. Students are encouraged to develop their own repertoire and style requesting music they are interested in learning. Additional exercises are tailored to the student's needs.
Voice Lessons
Available Wednesday & Saturday
Vocal Instruction: Our lesson emphasize proper vocal technique which include correct breath support, tone production, vowel formation, diction, phrasing, and interpretation. Repertoire will include art songs in both English and foreign languages, American folk songs, musical theatre and pop music.
Brass & Woodwind
Available Wednesday
Brass and Woodwind lessons focus on proper technique, note reading, and theory. Students are guided to meet their personal goals, prepair for school band, and become well rounded musicians. Learn Flute, Trumpet, Saxophone, Clarinet, or any brass or woodwind instrument.
Drum Lessons
Available Saturday
Learn all styles of drumming including Rock, Pop, Jazz, Funk, Blues, Country, Latin, World Rhythms and more! You will learn solid fundamentals, various drumming techniques and music sight reading skills that will allow you to excel in any musical direction that you want to go in!

Our music teachers are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them. We are confident that we have the right teacher to meet your music lesson needs. In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly and dedicated to teaching you the style of music that you want to learn in your lesson.

Bloomingdale School of Music is located just off of Lake Street and Bloomingdale Road. We are tucked back in the big parking lot just off of Old Town Park next to Roosters Barn and Grill. Our building is bluish-gray with maroon doors.
